My 5 Tips for Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone

  1. Start small
  2. Do 1 thing each day that scares you a little bit
  3. Push through your fears
  4. Ask yourself "What's the worst that can happen?"
  5. Say yes to every opportunity that comes your way for a month
