In this episode, I’m joined by Michelle Lewis of VisibilityVixen.com. Michelle joins me to share her story of how she has been able to find the power inside of her to change her reality and create the life she has today after growing up with a compromised immune system and being bullied in middle school.

Michelle grew up with a compromised immune system and had to deal with chronic infections for many years. And during middle school, Michelle became the target of her best friend who turned on her and bullied her along with her friends.
Effects of the traumatic experience:
Michelle felt different as a result of all the challenges she faced growing up. She felt like she was living life looking through a glass because of the things she couldn't do. And given her health issues, she didn't think she was going to live beyond her mid-twenties.
Overcoming the traumatic experience:
Michelle began to take her healing into her own hands. She discovered a natural medicine practice called Raphaology that helped her body begin to heal. She also developed an understanding of how the body follows the mind and used that to her advantage. Michelle also traveled the country for a year going to different healing places.
What Michelle does today: Michelle helps female entrepreneurs become visible.
Given what you know now, if you could go back to when you were going through the tough times and give yourself one piece of advice, what would it be?
Michelle's Answer: Remember who you were built to be and start creating your future instead of living in the past.
