Self-Esteem Challenge

Take my FREE 5-Day Self-Esteem Challenge, designed to help you build your confidence so that you can start feeling worthy and good about yourself again.

Self-esteem is the confidence you have in yourself and in your abilities. And having a low self-esteem is one of the most common long-term effects of having experienced trauma and abuse growing up.

Some characteristics of low self-esteem include...

  • Feeling anxious or depressed
  • Suffering from an eating disorder
  • Being unable to accept compliments
  • Relying on luck instead of your own abilities
  • Worrying about what others will think
  • Being overly critical of yourself
  • Having anger issues and being defensive
  • Being indecisive and dependent on others
  • Being unable to deal with challenges
  • Minimizing your positive qualities
  • Being an underachiever

After experiencing certain traumas like bullying, physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse, it can be difficult to feel good about yourself again. That's why I've created this challenge to start you on your journey to having a healthier self-esteem. While achieving a healthy self-esteem won't happen overnight, you can certainly take steps today toward feeling better tomorrow.
